The design process for this unique black walnut charcuterie board started right at the sawmill. No dyes or stains were used in making this board! To achieve the wide areas of light coloured sap wood, with only a small amount of the dark coloured heart wood in the middle, a very shallow first cut was taken on the sawmill. David then crafted a handle continuous with the dark heart wood and included both live edges, to complete this striking charcuterie board. Use it as part of your decor (hang it with one of our hand forged hooks!) and to serve food on! It is sure to gather you many compliments!
